David Paul Pollan is an attorney in private practice in Atlanta. Mr. Pollan concentrates his practice in elder and special needs law, including government benefits counseling, Medicaid planning for all classes of Medicaid including Nursing Home Medicaid, Medicaid waiver programs, and SSI Medicaid, estate planning and special needs planning for the disabled child, Medicaid litigation, special needs trusts, nursing home and assisted living issues, child and adult guardianship, and estate planning. Mr. Pollan possesses a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, which identifies a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability. Mr. Pollan is a graduate of Boston University (Bachelor of Science, 1985) and the Emory University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1990).
