Our Founder

Phillip G. Sanders, MBA, MSHA, CPA

Mr. Sanders is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ElderCare Matters, LLC.

Mr. Sanders is a former member of the American Institute of CPAs National ElderCare Task Force, and is a former senior administrator in the healthcare industry.  Phil received his Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. degrees from Louisiana State University, and earned his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  He completed his residency in healthcare administration at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. 

Phil is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, a Fellow in the Georgia Society of CPAs, and is a licensed insurance broker in the state of Georgia, specializing in long-term care.  Phil holds both the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) and the Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP) designations. 

But most important, Phil - with his extensive background in finance, healthcare, and insurance - is an advisor to families who need help in planning for or dealing with their issues of aging.
